The weather is always such a force along the coast.
Sometimes it’s a force for destruction, but sometimes it is a force of beauty.
This shot was taken during July of 2012, along the boardwalk in Beaufort, looking east while a summer thunderstorm moved past Beaufort without actually striking the town.
While such storms can be destructive, this one was just beautiful.
